Inherent Technologies, Inc. is seeking a GRC Document Management Specialist to configure an EDMS for OT cybersecurity governance, implementing RBAC and approval workflows. You will migrate content from Box/SharePoint and collaborate with an Ireland-based resource to complete setup.

The role requires strong process design, document control expertise, and the ability to work independently in a remote, multi-time-zone environment. Apply for a one-year contract with remote duties.

Qualificações

• 4–7 years of experience in GRC, quality systems or document management.
• Hands-on with EDMS or quality management platforms (ETQ, Veeva, MasterControl, OpenText).
• Understanding of document control workflows, approval routing and access management.
• Experience supporting governance programs in sensitive environments.
• Strong process design and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and organize the EDMS platform to host OT cybersecurity governance docs with restricted access.
• Set up RBAC aligned to the client's governance model and review workflows for approvals and signatures.
• Migrate existing docs from Box/SharePoint into the EDMS repository.
• Collaborate with an Ireland-based resource to execute platform setup tasks.
• Design ongoing operational processes for document management after go-live.
• Support governance activities including policy lifecycle, version control and audit trails.
