Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate corporate compliance initiatives and work closely with security and compliance teams.

The role demands strong program management, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task across regulatory controls such as HIPAA, SOC1 and SOC2. The ideal candidate will guide risk mitigation, document controls, and prepare for audits while operating in a remote-first environment within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of HIPAA, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2 regulatory controls experience.
• Strong ability to manage multiple work streams and adapt quickly.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives with security and compliance teams.
• Document and maintain enterprise processes to reduce security risk and design security controls.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed.
• Maintain the GRC platform to document controls and risk information.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives and stakeholders.
• Assist with audits and respond to internal and external audit requests.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies and drive actionable business impact.
• Engage with clients to respond to security questionnaires and audit reports.
• Balance business strategy with appropriate risk management controls.
