The ideal candidate has 5+ years in digital retail design, excels at managing multiple priorities, and delivers high-quality creative under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on digital retail marketing.
• Experience designing high-volume promotional and campaign creative in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices across email, web, social media, and ecommerce.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute digital-first creative for promotional campaigns, product launches, retail marketing.
• Develop assets across email, web, paid media, social media, and CRM.
• Support omni-channel campaigns and ensure brand consistency while driving engagement and revenue.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Brand teams to translate objectives into creative solutions.
• Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
