Job summary

367 Agency is a performance-driven creative and digital marketing agency headquartered in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. This is a 100% remote role for a Graphic Design Executive who will create social media creatives and digital assets, leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance visuals.

You will work with Meta and Google Ads campaigns, adapt designs to multiple formats, and stay on-trend with evolving design styles.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Portfolio showcasing social media creatives and digital advertising assets.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Familiarity with After Effects and Premiere Pro for basic motion graphics/video editing.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI, Freepik AI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate into engaging visuals.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Comfort working independently and collaborating with a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, static ads, carousels, banners, and other digital assets.
• Create performance marketing creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other channels.
• Adapt designs to different platforms, formats, and brand guidelines.
• Generate multiple creative variations for campaigns and A/B tests.
• Apply typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy to ads.
• Translate briefs into brand-consistent visuals across campaigns.
• Stay updated on social media trends and ad formats.
• Produce basic motion graphics and edit short-form videos.
• Collaborate with remote teams to meet timelines and feedback.
