This remote-first role emphasizes oversight, reporting, and KPI tracking within the California workforce development ecosystem.

The position requires strong project management, grants experience, and the ability to communicate complex topics to diverse audiences. California residency is required.

Qualificações

• Experience managing grants programs and contracts.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee assigned awardees and projects, including negotiating contract scopes and budgets, reviewing invoices, monitoring compliance and performance.
• Lead program reporting and award management activities, guiding awardees and summarizing data.
• Track KPI and funding activities; coordinate with Senior Specialist on funding applications.
