Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Grants Payments Data Analyst for a remote role available to candidates in Europe and LATAM, including Mexico. You will develop forecasting models, analyze site payments, and support financial reporting across global studies.

Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Central Planning, and Revenue Recognition to ensure accurate forecasts and compliance. You will influence forecasts, prepare client-ready deliverables, and contribute to end-to-end forecasting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
2–5 years of finance experience or related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
Proficiency in Excel, databases, and accounting systems.
Understanding of clinical site payment processes and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Central Planning and Clinical Operations teams to collect and analyze site and patient enrollment actuals and forecasts.
Develop, maintain, and improve forecasting models used outside of Medidata Payments.
Integrate forecasting data with Medidata Payments forecasts for a comprehensive financial outlook.
Partner with Revenue Recognition to align forecasting with audit and financial reporting requirements.
Create client-ready forecast deliverables in line with sponsor contracts.
