Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Grants Payments Data Analyst for the Durham, NC onsite role. You will support end-to-end Clinical Site Payments forecasting and audit-ready financial processes.

Your responsibilities include collecting enrollment data, building and owning forecasting models, integrating with Medidata Payments forecasts, and delivering client-ready reports aligned with sponsor contracts and audit requirements.

Worldwide Clinical Trials is hiring a Grants Payments Data Analyst in Durham, NC (onsite) to support end-to-­end Clinical Site Payments forecasting and audit-ready financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Central Planning and Clinical Operations teams to collect current site enrollment and patient enrollment data (actual and forecast)
• Assist in building a forecasting model for needs outside of Medidata Payments
• Own the forecasting model, including ongoing updates and improvements
• Assist in linking the forecast model with Medidata Payments forecasts
• Collaborate with the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Revenue Recognition team to confirm adherence to requirements for financial audits
• Create client-ready forecast deliverables according to sponsor contract specifications
• Perform forecast analysis, including plan versus actuals and total budget needs with sponsors
• Identify and notify Project Analysts and Global Project Leads of issues tied to over-forecast or under-forecast variances
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements and support year-end and interim audit processes
• Support the Clinical Operations (CO) process
• Stay current on local and global revenue regulations
• Ensure accurate, timely client reporting aligned with client requirements
• Complete final reconciliation on study closeout and provide Project Analysts with final client-ready reports for review
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree educated with 2 to 5 years of finance experience

• Salary: USD 54,500 - 107,500 per year
