Good Works Grant Writing is seeking a results-driven Grant Manager to lead multi-client fundraising efforts for nonprofit organizations. You will craft grant proposals, manage a team of Grants Specialists, and align program needs with funder priorities.

This work-from-home role requires Arizona residency, with flexible hours and a focus on meeting deadlines, research, and clear client communication to maximize grant funding opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong writing, research, communication, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and to consistently meet deadlines.
• Proficient at Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Past experience managing employees.
• Five or more years’ experience working at or with nonprofit organizations.
• Three or more years of grant writing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client accounts, including meetings to determine fundraising needs and viable prospects, acting as the client’s point person.
• Develop compelling copy for grant proposals, letters of intent, and progress reports.
• Draft copy for other projects, including website copy and annual reports.
• Supervise Grants Specialists, editing their work and providing feedback.
• Provide input on program design, evaluation methods, etc.
• Conduct prospect research with Grants Specialists for clients.
• Research peer-reviewed data to develop needs statements for programs.
• Be available a minimum of 8 hours per week for client meetings and internal staff.
• Attend monthly staff meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
