Community Health Resources is seeking a Grants Manager for a full-time remote role limited to CT, MA, or RI residents. You will manage financial analysis, grant reporting, and compliance across grants and contracts, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure accurate budgeting and reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting and 3+ years in grants/contracts, preferably in nonprofit healthcare, with strong MS Office/Excel and GAAP knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or accounting or equivalent
• Five or more years' experience in grants/contracts or equivalent
• 3+ years in a mid-market org, nonprofit healthcare preferred
• Experience with federal contracting and grant compliance
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and data reporting tools

Aufgaben

• Perform financial analysis to support program decisions and management
• Track and monitor grant purchased assets and grant assets development
• Monitor compliance requirements including procurement and sub-recipient monitoring
• Prepare reports and analysis for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate grant/contract reporting and internal financial status reporting
• Ensure adherence to audit and compliance requirements
• Draft budgets and projections for grants and contracts
• Collaborate with departments to resolve grant-related issues
