Job summary

Community Health Resources is seeking a Grants Manager for its Admin & Finance team. This remote role is limited to CT, MA, or RI residents.

You will lead financial analysis, budgeting and reporting for grants and contracts, ensuring compliance with federal/state requirements and internal controls. The role requires strong MS Office skills and several years in grants/contract management in a not-for-profit healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or accounting preferred, plus five+ years in grants/contracts
• 3+ years in a mid-market not-for-profit healthcare setting preferred
• Experience with federal contracting and grant compliance and conflict of interest requirements
• Experience with subcontractors and drafting/editing policies, procedures, reports and proposals
• Proficient with MS Office suite and data analysis tools

Responsibilities

• Performs financial analysis to support program decision making and management
• Tracks and monitors grant assets and program costs
• Ensures compliance with procurement and sub-recipient monitoring requirements
• Prepares internal and external grant/contract reporting and audit summaries
• Maintains budgets and projections for grants and contracts
• Collaborates with departments to resolve grant-related issues
