Kim Joyce & Associates is a Scottsdale, Arizona-based grant writing and consultancy firm seeking a Grants Management Specialist. You will oversee the administrative and financial lifecycle of diverse grant awards, ensuring compliance, budgeting, reporting, and cross-team collaboration.

The role requires 3–5 years’ experience with state and federal grants, strong knowledge of 2 CFR 200 and NGMA ethics, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct grants management experience in nonprofit or higher education settings.
• Knowledge of policy and compliance guidance for grant programs (OMB Circular, 2 CFR 200).
• Experience with budgets, contracts, and reporting for federal/state/private grants.
• Proficient in grant databases and related software.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned grants and ensure compliance throughout the grant lifecycle.
• Prepare financial and programmatic reports for clients and management.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and reporting milestones.
• Coordinate with program staff, finance, and subrecipients; assist with audits and closeouts.
