Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field with at least four years of accounting experience or eight years combined education and experience.
• One year of payroll experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, graphs, and formatting.
• Ability to work semi-independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Serve as financial partner over life of grants or contracts.
• Collaborate with pre-award team to prepare proposals, develop budgets and set up accounts.
• Analyze spending, burn rates and labor distribution; forecast future spending and close grants.
• Handle transactional activity including payroll distributions and journal entries.
