Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS degree or combine education and work exp to equal four years.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication with financial and managerial staff is essential.
• Critical thinking and the ability to prioritize deadlines are required.
• Experience with University systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Financial analysis, oversight and management of assigned portfolio.
• Prepare financial reports and forecast budgets and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with University policies and procedures.
• Process payroll distributions and journal entries as needed.
• Assist faculty and staff questions regarding spending and policies.
