The MENTOR Initiative HQ is seeking an experienced Grants Manager to support large-scale disease control programmes in humanitarian settings. You will oversee grant and programme accounting, donor reporting and cash flow, coordinating with country Finance Coordinators and the Country Director.

The role requires strong organisation, familiarity with NGO procedures, and the ability to advise field staff while ensuring compliance with local laws. Remote-friendly with rolling applications.

Formación

• Extensive experience managing grants and donor reporting.
• Experience working in the Middle East is an advantage.
• Familiarity with NGO environments and standard procedures.
• Highly organised with strong coordination/project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Grant and finance management: liaise with country Finance Coordinators, team and Country Director; oversee grant and programme accounting/donor reporting.
• Manage financial reporting and cash flow for grants.
• Grant development: review new grant opportunities with Programme Managers.
• Provide technical support, training and guidance to field staff; conduct field visits as needed.
• Oversee basic logistics and procurement procedures in relation to field activities, coordinating with HQ.
• Review project contracts for financial commitments and legal compliance.
• Support internal audits and asset registers; manage vehicle contracts.
