Qualifications

• At least four years of experience developing and writing competitive proposals and grant applications.
• Experience with public sector or government agencies is required.
• Knowledge of government grant and contract procurement processes and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide proposal management by coordinating timelines, attachments, and narratives.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to support proposals and reports.
• Develop and maintain a diverse pipeline of funders across government levels.
• Assist with pre-award compliance and risk analyses for funding applications.
• Maintain Salesforce, SharePoint, and related project files with current data.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to inform leadership and the board.
• Support partnership development and outreach campaigns for visibility.
• Conduct funding landscape research to identify opportunities and strategies.
