You will draft, review, and execute contracts, process invoices and expenses, and resolve discrepancies while coordinating with Legal, Sourcing, Finance, Accounts Payable, and Compliance to keep engagements moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Master or bachelor with related experience in resource management, contracting, or finance.
• Associate's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with biopharma environments and medical terminology recommended.

Responsibilities

• Execute contracting activities across the lifecycle using templates and guidance.
• Draft, review, and coordinate contracts with documentation and system updates.
• Manage payment activities including reviewing invoices and expenses for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies; ensure timely workflows.
• Coordinate with Legal, Sourcing, Finance, AP, Compliance to move engagements forward.
• Triage requests and manage workloads to meet deadlines.
