Great Plains Institute seeks a Grants and Contracts Associate to support proposal submissions, process staff contract requests, and maintain tracking systems. The role emphasizes attention to detail, process orientation, and teamwork within a fast-paced nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative experience.
• Nonprofit grants/contract processing experience a plus.
• High level of detail orientation and accuracy; able to work independently or with others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide grants and revenue contracts support throughout proposal and award life cycle.
• Assist program staff during proposal lead-up and submission.
• Maintain SharePoint, Salesforce, and other tracking records.
• Create deliverable reminders and coordinate report requirements with staff.
• Process contract requests and assist with vendor/contract records.
