Habitat for Humanity Greater Orlando & Osceola County is seeking a Government Grants & Compliance Manager in Orlando, FL. This professional will coordinate government funding opportunities, manage grant proposals, and ensure compliance across programs.

You will develop budgets, work with leadership and finance, maintain funder relationships, and guide staff on grant processes. This office-based role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and offers comprehensive benefits and telecommuting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, non-profit management, business administration, finance, affordable housing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in government grants, public funding, grant administration, or related field.
• Experience researching, writing, submitting, and securing government grants.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue local, state, and federal funding opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with government funders and public partners.
• Ensure compliance with grant terms, reporting, and financial controls.
• Prepare, write, coordinate, and submit grant proposals and budgets.
• Coordinate cross‑department grant activities and documentation.
• Monitor grant activities for compliance and reporting deadlines.
