Job summary

ICF is seeking a User Enablement Specialist to support GrantLens, a federal Salesforce grants management solution. You will deliver training, create guides and videos, and ensure users have the guidance needed to operate effectively in production.

You will translate product changes into practical user enablement, handle onboarding to releases, and collaborate with product, QA, and support teams to keep user-facing resources current and aligned with production functionality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in user enablement, enterprise system training, or similar.
• 3+ years analyzing training impact for software changes and translating to enablement actions.
• 3+ years designing and delivering role- or workflow-based training.
• 3+ years delivering instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and release-based training.
• 2+ years creating job aids, guides, FAQs, videos, and demos.
• 2+ years using Jira and Confluence for requirements, release, and knowledge management.
• 2+ years with screen capture, recording, and multimedia content development tools.
• Must obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder; work in the U.S.
• Candidates must have lived in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver persona- and role-based training for GrantLens.
• Analyze user impact for enhancements and releases to identify training needs.
• Translate complex functionality into clear user guidance for non-technical users.
• Create job aids, guides, videos, FAQs, and other resources as the product evolves.
• Develop in-app guidance content with accessibility considerations.
• Participate in UAT, release readiness, and demonstrations to align resources.
• Support users through hypercare with targeted enablement and feedback loops.
• Maintain governance and versioning for training content.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and development teams to align product changes with user experience.
• Create accessible digital learning across Section 508 standards.
