Job summary

Goodwill Mission Services seeks an operations, grant finance and compliance leader to oversee $8M+ in funding across seven awards. You will drive budgeting, reporting, and audit readiness while coordinating with Goodwill of Silicon Valley and internal teams.

The role focuses on compliance infrastructure, indirect cost management, and stakeholder communication to ensure accurate grant accounting and sustainable funding operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, accounting, or a related field.
• Five+ years of grants management or nonprofit finance experience.
• Experience with federal grant compliance and 2 CFR 200/Uniform Guidance.
• Experience with audit processes (single audits) and indirect cost rates.
• Proficiency with ERP/financial management systems (NetSuite preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead grant financial operations including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting for seven awards.
• Oversee compliance infrastructure across policies, SOPs, records, and audits.
• Manage data systems and BI reporting; coordinate CaseWorthy and NetSuite setup.
• Maintain relationships with Goodwill Silicon Valley and internal partners; support strategic planning.
