Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of professional experience in project/program management or grant administration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with reporting and presentations skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage a multi-year grant-funded initiative from initiation through closeout.
• Lead all project lifecycle phases including charter, planning, execution, monitoring and risk mitigation.
• Prepare executive-level reports and updates for leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, resources, and grant compliance.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement in a fully remote setting.
