Job summary

Orionplacement is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead multiple GPU cluster deployments from contract signature through go-live. This role sits at the center of data centers, OEM hardware, networking, and enterprise infrastructure, with remote nationwide work.

You will own project plans, track timelines and dependencies, coordinate with vendors and deployment teams, and provide executive reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience in data center/infra deployments.
• Direct experience managing GPU cluster deployments from planning to go-live.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent, complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of GPU architecture and deployment lifecycle.
• Experience coordinating with OEMs, data center operators, and network providers.

Responsibilities

• Own program management for multiple GPU cluster deployments from contract signature through go-live.
• Create and maintain detailed, dependency-aware project plans for all workstreams.
• Track OEM hardware manufacturing, shipment, delivery, installation, and provisioning timelines.
• Coordinate data center readiness, build-out, power, cooling, rack installation, and facility dependencies.
• Manage network and connectivity dependencies, including coordination with network service providers.
• Provide clear visibility into project status, risks, bottlenecks, and mitigation plans.
• Escalate issues proactively to keep deployments on schedule and budget.
• Coordinate directly with OEM manufacturers, data center operators, and service providers.
• Partner with GPU architecture, data center operations, procurement, and deployment teams.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and translate status into go-live planning information.
• Support Board-level reporting on deployment status and financial considerations.
