Orion Placement is seeking an experienced Program Manager to own multiple GPU cluster deployments from contract signature through customer go-live, coordinating data center readiness, hardware delivery, and network turn-up.

You will partner with OEMs, data center operators, and leadership to deliver high-visibility deployments with predictable timelines, while reporting progress to enterprise clients and the Board.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience supporting data center, infrastructure, telecom, or large-scale technology deployments.
• Direct experience managing GPU cluster deployments from planning through go-live.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent, complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of GPU cluster architecture and deployment lifecycle.
• Experience coordinating data center readiness, hardware delivery and installation, network turn-up, and acceptance testing.
• Experience working directly with OEM manufacturers, data center operators, and network or connectivity providers.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Asana) and executive stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own program management for multiple GPU cluster deployments from contract signature through go-live.
• Build and maintain detailed, dependency-aware project plans covering all deployment workstreams.
• Track OEM hardware manufacturing, shipment, delivery, installation, and provisioning timelines.
• Coordinate data center readiness, build-out, power, cooling, rack installation, and facility dependencies.
• Produce clear progress reporting for enterprise clients and translate technical project status into go-live planning information.
