Job summary

Introl is seeking a Data Center Deployment Foreman I to lead field teams and drive end-to-end project execution across large GPU cluster deployments. You will coordinate with Project Managers and Deployment Leads to ensure schedules, quality, and safety are met without requiring PMs to manage day-to-day field work.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, proactive risk management, and hands-on leadership across multi-phase deployments for national projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of infrastructure deployment experience, data center operations, or mission-critical facility deployment.
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling and fiber optic architectures.
• Fluent in English for directing teams and coordinating with PMs.

Responsibilities

• Own full execution of assigned project or large multi-phase scope and lead crews.
• Manage through Deployment Leads to set direction at Lead level.
• Create and maintain daily/weekly work plans and set priorities.
