Labela is seeking U.S.-based General Practitioners at every career stage for high-level clinical consulting. This fully remote role lets clinicians influence the safety and accuracy of medical AI at scale, with project-based hours designed to fit around a clinical or training schedule.

The engagement runs July 30 to August 31, 2026. We are prioritizing candidates in Texas for this cohort, though the role is remote across the United States.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine (ABFM) or senior resident/fellow (PGY-2+).
• 2+ years of postgraduate clinical training.
• Based in the United States.
• Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases.

Responsabilités

• Clinical Logic Auditing: Review and refine AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies to ensure alignment with AAFP standards.
• High-Complexity Validation: Provide expert-level ground truth for intricate general medical case presentations.
• Safety Oversight: Identify clinical inaccuracies or hallucinations in AI outputs that could impact patient safety or triage decisions.
• Strategic Consulting: Advise on the development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools for general medical care.
