Qualifications

• Communication: Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases.

Labela is seeking U.S.-based General Practitioners at every career stage, from board-certified attendings and fellows to senior residents (PGY-2 and above), for high-level clinical consulting. You will serve as a subject matter expert to validate, refine, and audit the clinical reasoning of frontier AI models. This is a flexible, remote role designed to let clinicians influence the safety and accuracy of medical AI at scale.
