Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Analyst to support procurement and proposal activities across the Task Order, ensuring compliance and efficiency. The role collaborates with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams to manage data, tracking, and cost-related processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in government contracting environments with strong FAR/CPSR knowledge and hands-on Deltek Costpoint experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain or procurement in a government contracting environment.
• In-depth knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CPSR, DCAA/DCMA requirements, and TAA compliance.
• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint and related procurement workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal management oversight.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Report to and assist the Director of Business Operations and Senior Supply Chain Analyst in supporting all aspects of supply chain and proposal activities across the TO.
• Prepare and maintain deliverables, including status reports and documentation for RoMs, RIPs, and TARs.
• Participate in planning meetings with program leads, TPOCs, and government stakeholders regarding purchasing and proposal requirements.
• Implement and maintain proposal and purchasing processes compliant with TO requirements, CPSR, FAR, and DCAA/DCMA best practices.
• Utilize internal review processes to obtain approvals through program-approved systems.
• Collaborate with Pricing and Supply Chain Teams to ensure accountability and manage licenses and maintenance agreements.
• Support program control and finance with accruals, cost projections, internal cost accounting, and invoicing coordination.
• Track and reconcile all active and projected proposals, procurements, and travel against CLIN funding.
• Interface with corporate resources to create and submit purchase requisitions; monitor PO submissions and vendor responses.
• Apply expert knowledge of FAR, TAA compliance, RFQ processes, and price justification for compliant procurement.
• Utilize Deltek Costpoint and Connect to manage the full lifecycle of purchase requisitions.
