Job summary

EPS Corporation is seeking a Cost Analyst with Government contracting experience to support financial planning, cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and contract compliance. You will collaborate with project management, accounting, and contracts teams to advise prime contractors on funding and to apply FAR and DCAA requirements.

The role involves leading budget analysis, expenditure tracking, and data-driven forecasting across multiple programs, using Deltek CostPoint and Excel for reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in cost analysis, budget management, or financial analysis, preferably supporting Government contract programs.
• Strong Excel data analysis and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead cost analyst for Government contract programs, coordinating budget analysis and expenditure forecasting across multiple Prime Contractor relationships.
• Analyze and forecast future spending patterns against available contract funds to ensure efficient budget use and compliance with contract financial requirements.
• Perform data discovery and analysis of projected remaining funds to advise Prime contractors on the funding needed for future change orders.
• Work with project managers to identify project phases that need more effort because of deliverable requirements.
• Balance budget allocations so deliverables are met and the program continues without disruption.
