Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Analyst to support our program’s supply chain and proposal activities across the Task Order. This role requires strong knowledge of government contracting, FAR/CPSR compliance, and Deltek Costpoint operations, with remote work and occasional travel to select sites.

You will collaborate with the Senior Supply Chain Analyst, Director of Business Operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in purchasing,

Qualifications

• Experience in government contracting and CPSR/DCAA/DCMA requirements.
• Familiarity with FAR and RFQ processes and price justification.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of supply chain and proposal activities across the TO.
• Prepare/status reports and documentation for RoMs, RIPs, TARs.
• Participate in meetings with program leads and government stakeholders.
• Maintain proposal/purchasing processes compliant with FAR, CPSR, and DCAA/DCMA.
• Use internal review processes to obtain approvals in approved systems.
• Collaborate with Pricing and Supply Chain to track licenses and maintenance.
• Support accruals, cost projections, internal cost accounting, and invoicing coordination.
• Track proposals, procurements, and travel against CLIN funding.
• Create purchase requisitions; monitor PO submissions and vendor responses.
• Apply FAR/TAA compliance and connect Costpoint for requisition lifecycle.
