Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support procurement and reporting for the Task Order across the TO. The role involves ensuring FAR/CPSR compliance and leveraging Deltek Costpoint to manage requisitions and vendor responses.

The position is fully remote within the United States with potential travel to Huntsville, AL, Raleigh, NC, Fairfax VA, or DC for onsite meetings as needed. A strong background in government contracting is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement within government contracting.
• In-depth knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CPSR, DCAA/DCMA requirements, and TAA compliance.
• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint and related procurement workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of supply chain and proposal activities across the TO.
• Prepare and maintain deliverables, including status reports for ROms, RIPs, and TARs.
• Participate in meetings with program leads, TPOCs, and government stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain proposal and purchasing processes per TO requirements, CPSR, FAR, and DCAA/DCMA best practices.
• Collaborate with Pricing and Supply Chain teams to manage licenses and maintenance agreements.
• Assist with invoicing coordination and accruals, cost projections, and internal cost accounting.
