Qualifications

• Native Bengali with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in government, public administration, social services, public safety, compliance, or community programs.
• Background in one or more relevant roles: Administrative Services Management, Child/Family/School Social Work, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs, Police or Public Safety Supervision, Recreation & Community Services, or related government functions.
• Strong understanding of public sector workflows, regulatory requirements, and Indian government environments.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic government scenarios in Bengali or English grounded in Indian public sector contexts (e.g., administrative operations, social services, compliance reviews, public safety coordination, community programs, citizen service delivery)
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, policy interpretation, case management, and decision-making tasks
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, procedural compliance, cultural appropriateness, and operational realism
• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting public sector and government best practices
