Qualifications

• Native Arabic with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in government, public administration, social services, public safety, compliance, or community programs.
• Background in administrative services management, social work, compliance & regulatory affairs, police or public safety supervision, recreation & community services, or related government functions.
• Strong understanding of public sector workflows, regulatory requirements, and Egyptian government environments.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic government scenarios in Arabic or English grounded in Egyptian public sector contexts.
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, policy interpretation, case management, and decision-making tasks.
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, procedural compliance, cultural appropriateness, and operational realism.
• Contribute to 'gold standard' solutions reflecting public sector and government best practices.
