LILT is seeking experienced Government professionals to support an AI benchmarking project focused on Egyptian public sector environments. You will design realistic government scenarios in Arabic or English and adapt evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving and policy interpretation.

As a Subject Matter Expert, you will review AI and human responses for accuracy, procedural compliance, cultural appropriateness, and operational realism, contributing to cutting-edge language technology

Formación

• Native Arabic with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in government, public administration, social services, public safety, compliance, or community programs.
• Strong understanding of public sector workflows, regulatory requirements, and Egyptian government environments.

Responsabilidades

• As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review realistic government scenarios reflecting operational, administrative, compliance, public safety, and social service challenges.
• Design and review scenarios in Arabic or English grounded in Egyptian public sector contexts.
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, policy interpretation, case management, and decision-making.
