RTX Collins Aerospace is seeking a government procurement professional to join the Supply Chain team in a remote role. You will ensure compliance with FAR, prepare case file documentation, and collaborate with cross‑functional groups to support program success.

The role emphasizes translating pricing data into analysis reports, coaching team members on government documentation, and serving as a subject‑matter expert during audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of related experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience preparing government procurement documentation with FAR compliance.
• Experience analyzing pricing and sourcing data for reports.
• Experience collecting information from cross-functional teams for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare government case file documentation in accordance with FAR policies and procedures.
• Research historical pricing and sourcing data to develop source selection and price analysis reports.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Global Trade Compliance, and program offices to gather information.
• Coach procurement staff on government documentation requirements and address knowledge gaps.
• Represent procurement during audits and in cross-functional working groups.
