Leonardo DRS Land Systems seeks a Contracts Administrator to manage government contract performance from pre-award through closeout. The role includes data maintenance in Contract Management Software, and oversight of spares contracts from quotation to delivery and final payment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of related experience or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in contract/agreements briefing, negotiation and review
• Experience monitoring contracts/subcontracts of increasing complexity and value
• General computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor contract performance on government contracts.
• Assist with negotiation and administration of agreements with customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review solicitation terms, award confirmations, and amendments; identify issues.
• Ensure adherence to company policy and government specifications; identify risks.
• Respond to inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions.
• Fulfill contract deliverables, billings and cash collections.
• Prepare proposals and price analyses for customer requirements.
• Maintain internal and external customer relations; assist with export license applications.
