Job summary

Leonardo DRS Land Systems seeks a full time Contracts Administrator based in Bridgeton, MO, with an option for in-person or remote work. You will maintain contract data, support pre awards through closeout, and administer spares contracts from quotation to delivery and final payment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Contract/agreement briefing, negotiation and review experience.
• Experience monitoring contracts/subcontracts of increasing complexity and value.
• General computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor contract performance on government contracts.
• Assist with negotiation and administration of agreements between customers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Review solicitation terms, award confirmations, amendments and conditions.
• Ensure adherence to policy, government specs and requirements; identify risks.
• Handle contract deliverables, billings and cash collections; prepare proposals and price analyses.
