Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Government Compliance Manager to support the U.S. Government Compliance Program within Collins Aerospace. You will guide compliance with FAR/DFARS, develop processes, and partner with teams to ensure contract integrity and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
• Experience with U.S. Government contracting or related regulatory environments.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and related compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in researching and interpreting U.S. federal procurement laws and regulations, including the FAR, DFARS, Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act, Procurement Integrity Act, Defense Priorities and Allocations System, and other applicable requirements
• Support the development, maintenance, and improvement of compliance guidance, processes, procedures, and tracking metrics
• Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to address routine compliance questions and support compliance‑related activities
• Draft and update compliance reference materials, job aids, and playbook content
• Assist in responding to internal inquiries related to government contract compliance
• Support special projects and compliance initiatives as assigned
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
• Help prepare basic compliance training and informational materials
