Collins Aerospace is seeking a Government Compliance Manager to support the U.S. Government Compliance team in daily operations and ongoing program enhancements. You will work on a broad range of prime and subcontract compliance matters and support initiatives across the business.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years.
• Experience with U.S. Government contracting or related regulatory environments.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Research and interpret U.S. federal procurement laws and regulations (FAR, DFARS, others).
• Develop, maintain, and improve compliance guidance, processes, and metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams on compliance questions and activities.
• Draft and update compliance reference materials, job aids, and playbooks.
• Assist in responding to inquiries related to government contract compliance.
• Support special projects and compliance initiatives as assigned.
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Help prepare basic compliance training and informational materials.
• Domestic travel may be required on a limited basis.
• This is not a management position.
