Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an Accounting Associate II to process and reconcile subcontractor labor transactions and support contract and labor accounting operations. This role is fully remote within the United States.

The SKMM Team Member supports daily program and operational activities by coordinating administrative, financial, and project tasks in a fast-paced team. You will maintain records, track deliverables, assist with onboarding and staffing, and help with invoicing and labor tracking while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 2-5 years (or commensurate experience).
• Experience using Deltek Costpoint and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of subcontractor management, vendor and employee setup, timekeeping, and labor reporting.
• Experience in government contracting environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile subcontractor labor transactions.
• Support contract and labor accounting operations and invoicing.
• Maintain records, track deliverables, and support onboarding and staffing.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and subcontractors to resolve issues.
