Qualifications

• Hands-on GovCon accounting experience with indirect rate structures and ICS.
• Experience with DCAA audits and FAR-based cost accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience in a client-facing, outsourced, or multi-entity environment.
• Proficiency with accounting software and cloud-based systems; PROAS and Unanet a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary accounting lead for assigned clients, owning all deliverables and timelines.
• Build trusted relationships through responsiveness, accuracy, and proactive support.
• Lead recurring client meetings to review financials, trends, and upcoming needs.
• Perform full-cycle accounting including AP/AR, payroll coordination, reconciliations, and close.
• Prepare timely financial statements and schedules, ensuring audit-ready books.
• Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights for budgeting and cash flow.
• Assist with audits, ad hoc reporting, and contract-level reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to refine GovCon processes and controls.
