Job summary

Liquidity Services is seeking a Finance Associate II to support the accounting team remotely from the United States. The role focuses on transaction processing, customer and internal communications, and general administrative and finance tasks to ensure smooth department operations.

Under the Assistant Manager, Accounting, you will assist with month-end close and learn our auction/client databases and internal reports.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Great organizational skills and ability to be detail-oriented required.
• Must provide excellent customer service in a timely manner.
• Must be able to perform duties from a remote work setup.
• Proficiency with standard computer software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and support daily finance operations.
• Communicate with customers and internal personnel.
• Set up and maintain suppliers and client ACH information in accounting software.
• Manage finance team email inboxes and respond to inquiries.
• Assist in tax removal by adjusting invoices and preparing refund information.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations during close.
