• Understanding of IU vs Local Union governance and relationships with international bodies.
• Willingness to travel and work long hours when needed.

• Analyze governance issues and provide options for resolution with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Geography Officers on local governance problems and paths forward.
• Assist with trusteeships, monitorships, and governance assignments with Locals.
• Support local unions on budget, structure, and policy issues; prepare progress reports.
