Formación

• Bachelor's degree in corporate governance or law.
• Advanced English and Spanish.
• Experience in corporate governance or corporate law.
• Strong communication, analytical and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a corporate governance SME supporting internal teams and client discussions.
• Create, review, and distribute governance content for Marketing and Sales.
• Plan and deliver webinars, workshops, and educational initiatives.
• Build relationships with Governance Officers at strategic client organizations.
