Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a GovCon Technology Manager with Deltek Costpoint experience to lead complex government contracting projects in the Washington, DC area or remotely.

The role requires coordinating with clients, guiding SDLC processes, and implementing packaged software solutions while pursuing new business opportunities and ensuring high-quality delivery with a bias toward client service. Travel up to 50% is required to engage with clients on site as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of related experience delivering financial and management consulting services.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint implementations for commercial or federal clients.
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagements.
• CPA, PMP or similar certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project phases and work with clients to meet project objectives.
• Provide PMO support with SDLC and government contracting focus.
• Evaluate and implement packaged software solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities through proposal development and research.
• Deliver exceptional client service and effective communication with executives.
• Lead, coach, and supervise project teams; manage day-to-day activities.
