Job summary

Baker Tilly US, LLP is seeking a GovCon Technology Manager with Deltek Costpoint experience to lead project delivery for government contracting clients. You will manage all project phases, work with executive stakeholders, and guide the implementation of packaged software solutions within a PMO framework.

The role emphasizes SDLC mastery, client service excellence, and opportunities to contribute to practice development through market research and proposal support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in delivering financial and management consulting services.
• Experience in Deltek Costpoint implementations for commercial or mixed client bases.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for all project phases and work directly with clients to accomplish project objectives.
• Demonstrate expertise with SDLC for a PMO to support technical project managers.
• Evaluate and implement packaged software solutions for government contracting.
• Develop methodologies and tools for government contracting engagements and assist in business development.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and performance feedback to consultants and project teams.
