Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a GovCon Technology Director with Deltek Costpoint experience to lead complex government contracting projects in the DC area. You will manage client engagements, supervise project teams, and drive the delivery of scalable software solutions across the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong consulting skills, 10+ years of experience, and readiness to travel up to 50%. CPA/PMP is desirable and proficiency in MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of related experience in delivering financial and management consulting services.
• Experience working on Deltek Costpoint implementations for Commercial and Federal clients.
• CPA or PMP certification is desired.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organization, interpersonal, and communication skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project phases and work directly with clients to achieve objectives.
• Apply SDLC and PMO practices to support technical project managers.
• Evaluate and implement packaged software solutions for government contracting.
• Develop methodologies and tools tailored to the government contracting industry.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and market research.
