Qualifications

• Recent, direct, hands-on Deltek Costpoint 8.2 experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of full-cycle accounting and the monthly close in Deltek Costpoint 8.2.
• Prepare accurate CPFF, T&M, and FFP invoices; reconcile billings to time, expenses, subcontractor costs, funding, and contract terms.
• Process semi-monthly multistate payroll in Costpoint and reconcile payroll to timekeeping and the general ledger.
• Manage AP, AR, cash receipts, collections, journal entries, bank and balance-sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Track funding, ceilings, periods of performance, burn rates, unbilled costs, billing rates, fee, and indirect rates.
• Provide leadership with timely financial reporting, cash-flow visibility, forecasts, and clear explanations of significant variances.
• Resolve Costpoint processing issues and strengthen practical controls, calendars, checklists, and accounting procedures.
