MCI is seeking a Call Center Representative for a remote role in the Get Out The Vote Campaign. Responsibilities include making outbound calls nationwide to encourage voting and assisting with customer inquiries.

The candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be proficient in English, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. This position offers an engaging work environment, paid training, and benefits such as health coverage after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with data entry utilizing a computer.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• High-speed internet connection required.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including training.
• Highly reliable with regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to encourage voting.
• Handle inbound/outbound contacts professionally.
• Research systems to find missing information.
• Follow scripts, policies, and procedures.
• Document and process customer claims accurately.
