Job summary

MCI is seeking Call Center Representatives to work from home supporting the 'Get Out the Vote' initiative for the Republican Party. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills, reliability, and a commitment to voter turnout.

Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, documenting information, and resolving issues professionally. Candidates should possess strong organizational abilities and experience with data entry and Microsoft Office. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and speak English fluently.
• Experience with data entry using a computer.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Must have a wired, high-speed internet connection.
