MCI is looking for Remote Call Center Representatives to support voter turnout initiatives for the Republican Party. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a high school diploma, and comfortable representing the Republican Party.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with data-entry utilizing a computer.
• Ability to read and speak English fluently.
• Wired, high-speed internet connection required.
• Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
• Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Research systems to find missing information and coordinate with other departments.
• Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures.
